1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cg111 platform and all services associated with it. By visiting our website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

cg111 provides entertainment services as an online casino and betting platform. These Terms form a legal agreement between the user and cg111. If any provision of this agreement is found to be partially unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on cg111, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• One person may operate only one account.
• You are creating the account for yourself, not as a representative of another person.

2.1 Providing False Information

If false, incomplete, or misleading information is provided during registration, cg111 reserves the right to close the account at any time. In such cases, any funds held in the account or bonuses earned may be forfeited.

2.2 Updating Account Information

If any registered details on your account change (phone number, payment method, etc.), please notify the cg111 support team immediately. cg111 will not be held responsible for any complications arising from failure to update your information.

3 Age Restriction & Identity Verification

cg111 treats age verification as its highest priority. We may request identity verification before activating an account or processing large transactions. The following documents may be accepted for identity verification:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Valid passport
• Driving license

If requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended. If an underage individual's account is identified, it will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your cg111 account password and login details completely confidential. Follow the guidelines below to protect your account:

• Use a strong and unique password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

When making a deposit, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be rejected and returned.

5.2 Withdrawals

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see Section 6 for details). For Bank Transfer, transactions may be made from accounts held at Islami Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or similarly large commercial banks.

5.3 Transaction Cancellation

A deposit that has already been used in a game cannot be cancelled. For unusual or suspicious transactions, cg111 may place the transaction on hold and conduct an investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

cg111 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳32,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus funds only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed.

6.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Accurate information must be provided at the time of registration to receive a bonus.
• Only one bonus claim per IP address or device is accepted.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used in games.
• If a withdrawal is requested from the bonus balance before wagering requirements are met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The eligibility of a bonus for specific games or categories is stated in the terms of each offer.
• cg111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on cg111 are operated under a fair play policy. The following rules must be observed when participating in gaming activities:

7.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets completed due to a technical error may be re-evaluated at the discretion of the management.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event from two different accounts is prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary by game or market.

7.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket (T20, BPL, ICC events) and football (FIFA tournaments). Market-specific rules apply separately to each category. If any dispute arises over a result, cg111's decision will be considered final.

7.3 Live Casino & Slots

For live casino games (such as table games from Ezugi and Evolution Gaming) and slot machines (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and JILI), the individual rules of each game provider apply. It is advisable to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cg111 platform:

• Using any automated software, bot, or script to participate in games or betting.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Using another person's account or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Misconduct or harassment towards other users or cg111 staff.
• Using fraudulent payment information or stolen financial identities.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, cg111 will permanently close the account and reserves the right to forfeit all balances. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before making the request. After closing the account, contact the support team before re-registering.

9.2 Suspension or Closure at cg111's Initiative

cg111 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or deception.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• Evidence of being underage.
• Suspicion of financial irregularities or illegal transactions.

In the case of closure for a legitimate reason, the actual balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned. In the case of a bonus-related violation, all balances may be forfeited.

10 Responsible Gaming
